Adjunct Professor

Since dedicating his heart to the Lord in 1973, Dr. Gayton has received a Bachelors degree in Theology and a Masters of Theology from the International Seminary in Plymouth, Florida, a Masters of Divinity from Logos Bible College, a Doctorate of Theology from Faith Theological Seminary and is presently in a D. Min program at Reform Theological Seminary. Dr. Gayton pastored for 22 years and served 4 years as a Protestant chaplain for the Federal Bureau of Prisons.  He has been a guest lecturer at several universities across the country such as UCLA, Howard, Florida, Michigan, Cornell, Penn State, Niagara and Harvard Divinity School and has served as an adjunct professor at several Bible Colleges. He also taught courses at Jamestown Community College and the University at Buffalo. He hosted “Ask the Pastor” on TCT television in Buffalo NY.

Bishop Gayton also has traveled extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East, Central and South America, Russia and Africa, speaking and conducting leadership-training seminars. In 1996 Dr. Gayton was consecrated a bishop in Apostolic Succession and is the Archbishop of the International Community of Christian Churches, which is a ministry committed to restoring the historical unity of the Body of Christ. He sits on the Board of Governors for the Institute of Religion and Public Policy in Washington, D.C., an organization that was nominated for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize.

 He is President of Logos Bible College and Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida and an adjunct professor at Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida.Dr. Gayton resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Ellen. They have a daughter, Tabetha and a granddaughter, Jasmine.

Damien Sneed is a sought after pianist, organist, vocal coach, conductor, composer, arranger, lecturer and producer is a native of Augusta, Georgia and graduate of John S. Davidson Fine Arts School.  Damien has studied at some of the finest conservatories and universities including Howard University (BM – Piano Performance), the Peabody Conservatory of Johns Hopkins University, New York University (MM – Music Technology: Scoring for Film and Multimedia) and the Manhattan School of Music.  Damien Sneed’s professional affiliations include the City University of New York (CUNY) as a professor of music, The Juilliard School as a staff accompanist, the Martina Arroyo Foundation as an artistic consultant, Jazz at Lincoln Center as an artistic consultant, Yale University as a guest lecturer and as a YAMAHA endorsed Influential Artist.

Mr. Sneed’s classical piano debut at Lincoln Center’s Alice Tully Hall was on Saturday, March 13, 2010. Damien Sneed's conducting debut took place in April 2008 at Jazz at Lincoln Center where he conducted the world premiere of Wynton Marsalis' Mass, a composition almost 2 hours in length, for the entire Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra and a 150-voice choir. His compositional debut took place in June 2008 at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center where he performed with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra along with American Idol Finalist Anwar Robinson.

Damien has the ability to shift between different musical genres and styles; from classical to jazz to gospel to opera to Broadway and more. Damien Sneed has accompanied Jessye Norman on piano with 5 spirituals chosen by Ms. Norman that he arranged in honor of Abraham Lincoln’s Bicentennial at the Grand Opening of Ford’s Theater in Washington, DC for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama. He has also conducted and arranged music for a combined orchestra of The Juilliard School & Manhattan School of Music students at Manhattan School of Music’s Borden Auditorium commemorating Black History Month.

Damien was recently nominated for a Grammy Award in the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards and has served as Music Director for the following artists in the gospel music arena - Karen Clark-Sheard, Vickie Winans, Nikki Ross, Twinkie Clark, Melonie Daniels, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Kierra Sheard, the Clark Sisters, Richard Smallwood, Donnie McClurkin, Marvin Sapp and others.  In other genres, Damien has been afforded the opportunity to perform with many other musical legends and entertainment moguls such as Stevie Wonder, Carlos Santana, David Sanborn, Kenny Burrell, Hezekiah Walker, American Idol’s Fantasia Barrino, George Huff & Anwar Robinson, Ashford & Simpson, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, the Minneapolis Symphony, Darin Atwater & Soulful Symphony, Lorna Myers, Opera Ebony, Opera Noire, Wycliffe Gordon, Eric Reed, the Boys Choir of Harlem, the Oakwood College Aeolians and many other notable world-class performers.  Damien Sneed's musical prowess has allowed him to be featured in Europe, Japan, the U.S. Virgin Islands, South America and over 42 states in the US.  He has recorded and produced several internationally distributed projects along with Grammy-Award winning artists. 

Adjunct Professor

Dr.Victoria Campe is the Founder and President of Messages of Faith Ministry (MOFM), a 501 c3, and Nevada State, inc., home-based in Las Vegas, in good standing since 2001.Messages of Faith serves as a Christian Outreach. Dr. Campe was ordained in July of 2001, she serves under the clergy titles of Reverend, and Chaplain.

Dr. Campe created the MOFM Chaplaincy division and Basic Chaplaincy outreach training from 2007-2009. And developed the Chaplaincy in-class-room training program, which began December of 2009. This program is currently scheduled in support of local Law Enforcement. The Basic Chaplaincy program also serves as a pathway to Ordination.Dr. Campe is also a Christian writer, her books sell on-line at Amazon books, under her pen name of Victorya. Dr. Campe has acted as an Invocation Chaplain for special events, Prayer Chaplain for the National Day of Prayer, and hosted Weddings.

Dr. Campe is a member of the Southern Nevada Mental Health Coalition, 2001-current, and sat on the subcommittees of the Jail Aftercare program, CIT, and Mental Health Court. She graduated from the LVMPD CIT Crisis Intervention Training in 2007.

Dr. Campe currently serves on the Southern Nevada Community Gang Task-force as a Prevention Subcommittee Co-Chair. She joined the task-force in 2006, and became a Co-chair in February of 2009.

She is the Mother of 4, Grandmother of 5 boys. She began life with faith the size of a grain of a mustard seed. The mustard seed has flourished beyond any dreams imaginable through a loving God, and devotion in Christ!
