Often, your clients know what they want but just need you to confirm or validate their goals, so they feel secure in going after it. Even change for the better is scary to a lot of people. With you to encourage, exhort and validate their quest, you become their partner in success.
Time management issues and stress are other issues faced by our clients. They need the skills and strategies you will be able to offer as a trained Christian Life Coach, to help them to achieve balance and improve their lives.And so, armed with your bible-based strategies and skills, you will inspire them to change their lives for the better.You will witness God's grace at work each day as your clients share their progress with you.
This course can be completed within 7 weeks or less. The student is required to read the material and give a brief summation of what they learned from each course. One on one training and assistance is available for those desiring more personal training/mentoring. There is no cost for the materials, they are free to access via the internet in pdf format.

Certified Christian Chaplain:
This certification teaches the basic skills necessary to spiritually minister and guide individuals within an organization. It is ideal for the Christian Believer who wants to serve as a Chaplain. Many organizations today desire to have a Chaplain to minister within as well as on behalf of the organization.
This training allows you to study at home and stay in your current employment until you are ready for the ministry. Even those presently serving as a Chaplain will find this basic education invaluable.Today more than ever Pastors and Ministers are needed at hospitals, jails, orphanages, elderly homes, police stations, disaster and calamity areas, etc.
After completion each student will receive a wallet credential and wall certificate. Also each student will receive a personalized deluxe gold plated metal badge that is similar to the ones that the police carry.
These certificates certify students as “Lay Chaplains”and the "Professional Chaplain" as ordained, unless they are legal ordained pastors, ministers, chaplains, etc.
Please understand that “WE DO NOT APPROVE ALL CANDIDATES FOR CHAPLAINCY”, but we provide certification for those who are Actual Ministers in a Church. That is to say, we do not say "NO" to those who deserve to be certified. If you are a servant of God, have a genuine calling and you are serving in your community YOU QUALIFY TO BE CERTIFIED AS A CHAPLAIN.

The exam for the certification is included in your training manual. Once the exam is returned, it will be graded and you will be notified of the results of your exam via email. Your certificate and wallet credentials will be mail out to you right away. However it takes about 30 days to receive your badge and badge holder in the mail as it will be custom made with your name on it.

Certified Christian Counselor:
God has ordained the Church and the Family to give Godly counsel. Christians should resist seeking the world’s counsel for the questions that come up in life. Christians are not immune to life’s problems but they are directed by God to seek out Biblical counsel.
Likewise, God desires that anyone giving counsel knows His Word and follows the precepts He has given. A secularly educated counselor may find it difficult to depart from worldly teachings and give Godly counsel. God desires a Spirit-led approach to counseling. This means a counselor must be trained in Biblically-based counseling precepts and the Word. Completion of CBIS’s Christian Counseling Certification provides the basics required to provide Biblically-based Godly counsel to those in need.
This program focuses primarily on Nouthetic Counseling. The term "Nouthetic" Counseling comes from the Greek verb "noutheteo" (or the noun "nouthesis") and means "to admonish, to warn, to teach or to counsel." The word is found in numerous passages of Scripture and describes the manner in which we are to counsel and help other Christians. Biblical (nouthetic) Counseling seeks to change the heart, not just alter behavior (Mk. 7:21-23; Prov. 4:23).
The length of this course depends upon the diligence of each student to complete the required courses. Typically this class takes about 10 weeks or more to complete. There are no exams to take, however each student is required to complete a book report/overview on each course taken.
The Student must also demonstrate the ability to counsel in the presence of their Pastor, a well trained spiritual leader and or a certified christian counselor.This program is currently offered through correspondence only. Please contact us for local training and certification location and dates.
