This certification teaches the basic skills necessary to spiritually minister and guide individuals within an organization. It is ideal for the Christian Believer who wants to serve as a Chaplain. Many organizations today desire to have a Chaplain to minister within as well as on behalf of the organization.
This training allows you to study at home and stay in your current employment until you are ready for the ministry. Even those presently serving as a Chaplain will find this basic education invaluable.Today more than ever Pastors and Ministers are needed at hospitals, jails, orphanages, elderly homes, police stations, disaster and calamity areas, etc.
After completion each student will receive a wall certificate. Also each student will receive a personalized deluxe gold plated metal badge that is similar to the ones that the police carry.This certificate certifies the student as a “Lay Chaplain”and the "Professional Chaplain" as ordained, unless they are a legally ordained pastors, ministers, chaplains, etc.

Academic credit will be awarded after the completion of the Certified Biblical Counseling Program. These credits may be applied towards the Bachelor of Christian Counseling Degree Program offered through CBIS.
