Guidelines for Paying Tuition and Fees to Enroll in a Degree Program

Book Fees: The cost of textbooks/workbooks are not included in the price of tuition, you will be given the total price for textbooks/workbooks once you have chosen the degree program you wish to enroll in. The cost of textbooks/workbooks are fairly low and very affordable.
Payment Plans Offered
Monthly payments are based on TUITION ONLY and do not include registration and graduation fees.
Balance of Tuition must be paid before graduation and or before degree can be received or conferred.
Graduation Fee: CBI now requires all students to pay a graduation fee towards receiving their degree in the amount of $175 which will offset the cost associated with graduating. Each graduating student will receive 1 sealed transcript, 1 custom frame with school logo and name on it, 1 unsealed, 1 degree. 1 degree holder, 1 verification letter from the dean, 1 verification fax form, 1 cap, 1 tassel with pendant, 1 award of academic excellence if so earned.
Mode of Payment
1. For those living in USA
(a) Personal Checks/Electronic Checks will be accepted in U.S. Dollars, in favor of “Christian Bible Institute” Personal checks may be mailed to:
Admissions Department, 15814 Champions Forest #115, Spring,Texas 77379
Electronic checks can also be used as a form of payment, we will provide you with necessary information to have your tuition debited from your account.
All course materials will be emailed to you only after your check has cleared the bank.
(b) Credit Cards can be accepted through Paypal. Once your online application is received and processed you will receive a Paypal invoice from Christian Bible Institute that can be paid online. Special Note: Tuition cost for Paypal transactions may be charged at a slightly higher rate due to the fees that Paypal charges CBIS to receive funds. For example: A fee in the amount of $705.00 would cost the sender $726.36.
2. For those living outside of USA
The contribution should be sent in one of the following ways in U.S. Dollars:
(a) Bank Draft drawn from a U.S. Bank, sent in favor of “Christian Bible Institute & Seminary” and mailed to
15814 Champions Forest #115, Spring, Texas 77379
(b) Bank Transfer - Details will be furnished upon request
(c) Western Union/MoneyGram - The payment should be sent in the name of “Dr.Tony V. Lewis”or "Carla D. Lewis" and given the following address in the form :15814 Champions Forest #115, Spring, Texas 77379
If the tuition payment cannot be sent in one of the above ways, you may suggest for our approval, any other mode of payment, which is possible and acceptable to you.
The cost of tuition that is applicable to the degree program, in which you want to join, should be sent along with your application or at the same time. Your application will be processed, and the Admission Letter will be sent only after the receipt of your Tuition in full or based upon your monthly payment arrangements!
Monthly tuition is due on or before the 5th of each month. However, if the student fails to make his/her required payment on the scheduled date, a late fee of $20.00 will be implemented. Failure to make monthly payments for two (2) consecutive months will be grounds for expulsion from the Degree Program the student is enrolled in. If the student is expelled for financial reasons, he/she may appeal and seek reinstatement. However, the student, once expelled for financial reasons, will be required to pay the outstanding balance in full, including late fees and reinstatement fees.Please contact us if you having financial difficulties.
A Special Note to all Prospective Students of Christian Bible Institute & Seminary
Since the cost of the tuition that you will be making to Christian Bible Institute is a fairly low amount compared to the amount paid as fees charged by other Bible Colleges in U.S.A. or any other country, please do not request or apply for any Scholarship or Concession, any such requests made will not be entertained or replied.
